Unprofessional! !

I have made an appointment for my hair (groupon deal). My appointment was at 11 and I even confirmed my appointment via mobile message. I have arrived at the salon about 5 min before 11, rang the bell and could sense movement in the salon and the sound of the bell, but a lady only open the gate 10 min later where i was waiting in the HOT sun. The Stylist was unfriendly,frustrated and confused. She just carried on with her client and then she explained that she is the only stylist and she had 3 clients before me and she is not responsible for the appointment as she is the only stylist and a young girl is making the appointments . I was NOT impressed as I was travelling about 45 km. I have never ever experienced this type of service in any salon before. It is shocking!!
