Unprofessional

I contacted Zelda Taylor based on a recommendation from a colleague. Paid her the special deal for my learners and ten lessons. She helped me obtain my learners but when it came to arranging my lessons it was almost impossible to get a lesson from her. I asked her twice for lessons, the third time she excused herself because she was sick and the fourth time her car had some issues. I asked her to refund me the balance and she refused based on her disclaimer.
