Beware highly dishonest disgusting attitude, ******

I contacted Zelda Taylor from leap driving school late in october 2016 in order for one of my employees to get his drivers lisence. Zelda showed up on the first of november 2016 to take him for his first driving lesson. We agreed upon a package deal which includes everything 10 hours driving lessons and appointment booking as well as the use of her vehicle for R3700.00. I paid her R1200 cash. On the 8th of november 2016 on which I paid the balance of the package a further R2500.00 EFT from my bank account. My employee continued his lessons and they went to make the booking on the the 18th of november for his lisence on the 5th of december 2016. After that she dissappeared after numerous calls to her cellphone with no anwser, on the 28th of november I asked her on whatsapp when my employee will have his remaining lessons on the 30th of november she sent me as message saying there had been a death in the family and that she would only be back on the day of the test to give him one lesson before the test. I then tried to phone her again to no avail, at this point i sent her a message informing her that she needs to contact me or I will have to go lay a complaint of ***** against her or that she could reimburse me fully. She then rep**** with a ****y attitude not apologetic at all that a refund is out of the question. She was the one who stayed away for more than 2 weeks not anwsering calls from me or messages from my employee. We then had an agreement that she would take him and repay his booking again if he failed and also supply the vehicle of the driving school. December 4th I took my employee for driving lessons of almost 4 hours a I worked for a driving school a couple of years back. On the morning of the lesson she picked him up and 2 other white female students for their final lessons as well as their testing. My emoployees appointment was for 10am 5/12/2016 they arrived at the testing station for their lessons pieter did everything correctly, but all of a sudden Zelda had the excuse that my employee wasnt ready due to the fact that he isnt observing correctly, I was in the car with him the day before he was observing perfectly. Zelda then took the other 2 white female students for extra lessons during the time that my employee was suppused to be undergoing his test. Later that afternoon when my emplyee arrived back at work I asked him what had happened and tried to phone zelda once again her phone was off. She just sent me back a message saying that she wouldnt communicate on the phone and that I had to message her. We then made an arrangement that she would take my employee for lessons on 7/12/2016.

7/12/2016 she once again has a story as to why she cant make it and the appointment is moved to 8/12/2016. The 8/12/2016 she agin has an excuse and says that she would take him for his lessons 12,13 and 14 of december 2016. Promising that he would get his lisence before the 16th of december 2016.

9/12/2016 The morning I asked her the times that she would be taking him for lessons because this is a busy time of the year. 15minutes later she informs me that there are no further bookings available for 2016.

I then spoke with the employee who was highly upset as he really wanted to have his drivers lisence before the end of the year he requested that we ask a full refund even though some services have been rendered to which I totally agree she just dose not care.

I then informed zelda that we are very unhappy with the way we have been treated as a client and that her service is appallingly disgusting.

She rep**** to me with a ****y attitude informing me that no refunds would be made.

No where was she ever apologetic for her wrongdoing in the whole thing, me and my employee both feel that this is racially motivated.

Beware of her she looks like a nice person on the outside but is extremely devious, and has now ****** my employees hard earned money.
