Shocking service from Leana Catering

Absolutely appauling quality of food and service.

After much research we engaged this cater for a wedding and not only was the lack of quality and quantity dissapointing but also embarrassing as we heard whispers about this from a number of the guests. The main course of lasagne ordered was brown slop that ran around on the plates like a ladel of gravey.

We had been told to expect staff from the caters on the day. This did not happen and instead the food was just dropped off.

As we had hired a paid for what we thought of as a professional catering service, after the event we contacted them to give feedback.

After numerous calls and emails with no reply, when I finally got through they were totally unapologetic and did not care about disatifaction of service. They even went so far as to accuse me as the customer of being a **** to seek a refund, even though this was not intended. I was seeking was an explaination for the poor service.

Unfortunately for a wedding no amount of money can take back how this experience impacted the memory of a special day and therefore would not recomend using this catering company.
