Ridiculous Call Out Fee

I phoned Ryno to ask if he can stop by at my house since the tap to my dishwasher gave problems. My housekeeper was with him when he just opened the tap and there was water. One of those weird anomalies.... and he later told me that the tap just had a cross tread. The invoice was R675 call out fee on a Monday (not a weekend).
