An arrogant and disrespectful service

Firstly, I had to follow up with Leaksource SA on coming to my place when they did not arrive on they day they mentioned. On the day they eventually did, they appeared to provide a good service and was knowledgeable about their industry. However, after swift payment since we are in a pandemic which is the least I could do to assist local businesses, I have not received any of the deliverables which includes the report. It is important for the insurance guys but Leaksource SA have not communicated with me when they will do so after numerous whatsapp messages, voicemail messages and phonecalls that were ignored. When I finally got hold of them over email warning them that I would pursue this type of review, I immediately received a voice note informing me of how they are busy with their personal lives and they will send me my deliverables as soon as they get back to office on the Monday. I continued to plea with them to send the report as I have to give it as proof to validate the source of the leak of which im still losing water, he continued to be stroppy in explanation and ignored my final plea out point blank. Monday came and went still no report. I would not recommend their arrogant service. The person in particular's number is ***.
