Solar geyser

On August 2015 I used an Solar Geyser Agent, Morne Combrinck from True North Solar and got a quote from Leakfind CC to supply and install a 100L Suntank solar geyser (quotation number 1756). <br> I paid the required deposit of R 8 857.80 on 3 September 2015, and the solar geyser was to be delivered and installed before 9 October 2015. <br> <br> After running out of time and a lot of stories on problems with suppliers, a standard Kwikot geyser was installed instead and I was promised that it will be retrofitted later with a solar panel.<br> They then said there will be an additional cost of R 11500 for the solar panel.<br> The geyser will now cost R 20358 instead of the original R 12564.<br> (My plumber would have supp**** and fitted the standard Kwikot geyser for R 6000. Cost of a complete Kwikot geyser is R 3500)<br> <br> This standard geyser does not meet our requirements and is markedly different in nature to the solar geyser which was agreed upon. Despite numerous demands by me to remove the standard geyser and refund my deposit, Leakfind have refused to comply or even answer my emails.<br> <br> I have now used SA Solar Products and they have installed a solar geyser in a week For R 12 900 and will now sue Leakfind
