I want my money back Leago Beauty Academy

On the 4th October 2020 I made a payment of R1500 to Tsholofelo Lesame the owner of Leago Beauty Academy based in Pretoria . She is a runner she buys stock and sends it to customers as per their request in exchange of money . She bought my stock on Saturday the 4th and was meant to send it through to me on tuesday . She has since been giving me a run around , she first **** and said she sent the stock but struggled to send me the tracking number . She blocked me on FB and i managed to freeze her account with fnb . On the 13th she said she sold the stock and will get payment and pay me. Yesterday she discovered i froze her account and she panicked but still did not pay me back my money . Today is the 15th i still have not received my money but get excuse over excuse on whatsapp from her .
