invoice delay

I was booked here for business by my employer who made an EFT and requires invoice for records, the lodge failed to give me the invoice upon check in/check out, 24 hours later i still havnt received it, now as a result my employer will have to deduct the funds from me, this is POOR service, once they receive the money they dont care about the rest of the administration
