Error

At first, I thought Leaf Technologies were efficient and excellent with their service as they came to the office to do the service on one of the printers. As I was impressed by their service, I once again decided to do a service on another printer which required them to pick up the printer and to do a service on it at their workshop. Its been over a month since they picked up the device with absolutely no feedback! When I call in, all I get is an "I dont know" and thereafter blame it on the civil unrest that happened. How can you blame an event that happened weeks after they picked up the printer. It gets even better! They say we have to pay upfront for the service, only then will they send out a technician. Plus we have to pay for any parts that we may need so much longer will that take? Absolutely pathetic.
