AWAITING REFUND - Something is off here

The company previously went under the name Myce. I had paid my account by mistake when the closed. Its been 3 months now, the keep telling me they will be refund me, it seems they are now using the money that was received by mistake to fund their expenses. I am not the only business still waiting for the refund. Every-time you contact them, the response is, they are going to make the payment, today, tomorrow, next week, then you wait and nothing happens.
