Leads that was paid and no feedback or leads

I bought some leads from them, but I do not get my leads after paying them. They need to book appointments for me, bit do not come at all and I arleady paid them for the leads. Can you help as i do not get response on number ********** Travis Oliver was the guy that helps me.
