NO EXAM? yet it is paid for

I have been struggling for months to get feedback from Leading Training (Woodmead).

I have requested a date to write my SQL Exam, I was advised that they no longer provide the service (Which I have already paid for months prior) and that they will either refund me or request a voucher to write this exam with another institute. I requested the voucher and to date have not received any feedback, therefore my certification has been delayed.

TO DATE! I still do not have feedback and upon calling in and requesting to speak to someone higher up, I have had the phone put down or told that there is no one that can assist?
