could not make it anymore to go and very rude

They phoned me informing me we won a voucher to go away for a weekend, they gave me times to attend this morning I have phoned them as well as e-mail them that I could not make it any longer as I have a family crises jeepers they this Sharon De Lange was so rude over the phone that is unacceptable and that does not work like this, and told me she is going to phone me non stop jeepers like I have to go does not matter what I do I better be there or else ... I mean I have informed you in writing and phoned you I put the phone down and she phoned me non stop I am glad I am not doing any business with them and think they are unprofessional people and very *********** and does not understand if someone have a family crises very discussing and very upset about this company.
