He assured me my car would be sorted correctly and throughly as promised after I mentioned I’ve been messed around enough.

I had car parts I purchased that were left on his property for over a week which I couldn’t refund. A bolt that was left in his garage causing the entire bottom of my vehicle to rattle severely I had to send his brother “Petrol” money because he had to drive back to bring my car but wasn’t told to fetch it? Today my vehicle overheated severely, water bottle cracked by the fan cable being loosened. I was rushed all day to “pay” When asked for business registration and qualifications No response. My fiancé had been to his residence where he said tools were lying everywhere and no set up professionally at all. I am clueless about cars and once again taken complete advantage of.

He refuses to take accountability for this and denies having anything to do with the fan cable being loosened when the cable is basically right next to where he changed the oil filter. I was charged for a control arm & ball joint being replaced but after taking my car for a proper inspection NO new one was put in , rubbers and bolts still old and damaged and he continued to swear at my fiancé because he confronted him about being charged for nothing and we are the “type” of clients that just want stuff done for free. So why did I pay for the labour and part which wasn’t even done? I was rushed to pay for his work and one problem on my vehicle after another this has been a fight all week. Please be aware.
