Unbelievable what happened to us... There was a house on property24 for sale through leadhome and we then phoned and said we like this place and we want to come and have a look at the property, but we asked if we can be the first people there cause if it looks like the pictures then we are going to take the house, so then we went and have a look and we really liked what we saw,, so then we said to the lady who showed us the house we want the house so they advertised it for a X about and then the lady said to us there is already another offer on the property for R120 000 more than advertised for then we said okay we will make a higher offer (which we couldn't understand because we were the first people to come and have a look at the property), then we left and we knew there was more people coming to have a look and after 4 days we went back to go look at it again, cause we really liked that house. We filled in our offer to purchase papers and send it in and then they said to us they will let us know if the seller decide to go with our offer, Which he didn't because there was a offer higher then the one we put in but they never told us. But turned out the lady who showed us was the sellers daughter and she said to us she wants to make extra money so what ever amount she get for the house above X amount she puts in her pocket, SO BASICALLY SHE AUTIONED THE HOUSE WHICH IN AGAINST THE LAW. She sold the house for R220 000 more than the property was advertised for.

So please watch out for them. Its shocking that people get away with stuff like this. SHOCKING!!!!
