Spammed and Jammed for Weeks

This is a terrible business to deal with from start to finish. I have never in my life been spammed so consistently for follow ups by email, phone call, and SMS.

Do not ever sign up to their website and book an appointment if you want to buy a house. They will spam you day and night for feedback and confirmations, but lie about a property through their teeth.

I booked an appointment, got told the property was almost sold. Got a viewing, then got spammed for feedback. And not once did they tell me that the property had TWO offers at the time of viewing. I nearly drove 30 minutes to view said property until the owner fessed up on a call to the owner personally. My parents drove 45 minutes and had to turn back as soon as they arrived.

My details are now stuck in their database with no way of closing my account. I am utterly disgusted at this behaviour. How can you possibly have such an advanced system and be this inept?
