SO FRUSTRATED!

Leadhome is really causing us a great deal of stress!

Since Leadhome is very "technology" based (which we originally thought was the way to go), it has also become clear that it comes with a lot of bugs and issues, none of which are ever communicated to us. Our main concern is when we start getting contacted directly from other agents telling us that there are people interested in viewing our house, but cannot get through to Leadhome to book a viewing, and therefore have gone to other agents to see if they can assist, which we can't do since we signed a sole mandate.

When we brought up this issue with Leadhome, we were told they're implementing a new system. Again, none of which was communicated with us. You surely must be aware that implementing new systems comes with their fair share of issues, and that business could possibly be affected.

Now imagine my frustration when we have to prove to Leadhome that these potential buyers DID actually call Leadhome to try get a booking. I have to send them the names and numbers so they can go through their already glitchy system to see if those numbers appear anywhere.

So I don't see what the issue is with cancelling our sole mandate which we signed, and changing it to an open mandate so that we can carry on bringing potential buyers through our door without having to wait for you to "fix" whatever next issue will arise.

You obviously can't provide the service we require.
