Poor website management

I have done about 4 or 5 enquiries on properties listed on their website as available. Then it has been sold. I understand if there is a note on the listing that says "offer pending" but no, always says available, then I go through the effort of calling their call center to try and get a hold of the agent. Then finally get the agent, just to find out it is sold. Shocking website management!
