Poor service

I made the mistake of using Leadhome recently. After listing my property at the amount reccomended by Leadhome, I was encouraged to drop the price withn a matter of weeks. I was presented with an offer that contained ludicrous terms and that offered absolutely no protection for me as a seller. I was then greeted with surliness from the agent when I pointed this out and refused to accept. This business model provides absolutely no incentive for the agent to try and get the best price for your property. They are only interested in their flat rate. Incredibly poor service and questionable business practises in my opinion.
