No Service Delivery

I was quite skeptical about this model from the get go.

Background - We recently just bought and sold a property through a phenomenal agent who assisted us through the entire process. She ensured everything was in order from both buyer and seller which ensured a smooth experience.

We then found a new property, listed by leadhome. From the first viewing of our new home there were concerns as there was no agent involved. My immediate thought was that this is a company setup to do as little as possible through the buying/selling process, and if anything, only benefit the seller.

Sadly this was true.

We will be sure to never interact with this company again and urge caution if you are considering them.
