NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I bought a property through Leadhome and will never ever recommend them to anyone... I have never met the agent, from the first viewing up until the key handover. The agent never even helped with the procedure I had to do everything myself & so did the seller. With the key-handover she had covid, so nothing special was done, not even a colleague could do this for her. A week after I moved into my house she phoned and said now she was sick. Excuses!!!!!!!!!! Even after moving and the problems that I had to face, no-one from Leadhome contacted me after all my mails, they just forwarded it to the conveyancing attorney... (Which by the way were excellent)

For the amount of money that was paid to her, she could've made more effort... But I feel NO effort was put into this sale Highly disgusted
