Negligent and unprofessional property agent

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially those that are time constrained. They do not call back, return emails. My property had been poorly managed, I am constantly having to call and send reminders. My renewal contract is almost 3 months overdue and the tenant is still in place with no esscalation app****. I may as well manage the property myself.
