LeadHomes's Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible service !! I was in the process of putting our property on sale and hearing positive reviews from people i considered LeadHome. My meeting with leadhome happened after i had already scene a number of realtors. I therefore had a good idea of my properties worth as everyone was in the same ball park. Everyone except leadhome! The agent from leadhome that met with me showed up unprepared . He had the wrong address even after walking into my house , he had no information about my property and he spent most of his time focussed on his tablet trying to gather information about my house and the area i lived in , an area he seemed to know nothing of although he claimed that he was THE top salesman in the area! He was unprepared and and uninformed , he did not do his homework at all. Then he informed me of his evaluation of my house and he came in near as makes no difference a MILLION less than everybody else! A Million rand less than the closest other realtor and he then informed me that i would be lucky if the house sold for 200k less than that! The lack of professionalism from leadhome compared to other realtors was shocking . Based on my experience i can only assume that leadhome severely under evaluates their clients homes. I Would gladly buy a home from them , especially the agent i met with as his houses sell for far less than what they are actually worth. Based on my experience i can only advise caution before using leadhome to sell your property !!
