Leadhome tenant placement service not worth the trouble

Unfortunately I've not had a positive experience with Leadhome's rental division. I've used them to place a tenant at an apartment and there's been very little feedback from the Agent. I feel I need to bring the creativity, write the advert, provide the pictures etc. After the viewings no feedback so I don't think i'll be recommending them unfortunately
