Leadhome level of service sucks !!!!!

I recently sold my property via Leadhome, the agent had a family crisis which i understand so I did the viewing, I renegotiated the OTP decreased the commission and literally sold the property myself. After the agent crisis when i tried to contact her there was no response and there has been no response from her to date. I do not see why I should pay them even the decreased commission of R40k which is alot of wasted funds for a single parent to cough up and when I contacted the principal of Leadhome to discuss the matter she was rude and disrespectful. Trust me do not use Leadhome......they are not worth a dime!!!!!! Their level of communication and professionalisn sucks !!!!
