Commission for doing nothing

Leadhomes is the difference between buying the property or not. Not sure what they did to get commission. I called them. I called to owner to setup appointment, I called him to get the second viewing, I called twice to make an offer. Only thing I know is that they sit in an office and take commission without actually doing a thing. Would be careful when working through them
