Beware of LEADHOME

Be very aware of this Company. They provide zero service to Landlords or the Tenants they place. They don’t answer emails, calls and if they do, they make promises they simply don’t ever meet. They are an utter disgrace to the industry and they should be shut down. They have legal representatives who also don’t act on their promises and simply “ghost” their clients. I have given them numerous opportunities to address their continued failed service delivery and as a consequence of not acting within our contractual arrangement and not doing ingoing or outgoing inspections, failing to assist the tenant when required to do so, refusing to provide the tenant with my contact details, continuously lying to both myself and the tenant and simply failing at any form of promised delivery. I have pages of correspondence from them as well as numerous phone calls as evidence of their dismal failure to comply with their contractual arrangements with both myself as the property owner and the tenant. I am in the process of being forced to address the matter with my lawyer, as despite stating in writing that they would like to solve this matter amicably and repeatedly getting their legal department to communicate with me and agreeing on a way forward to a suitable solution, they too have failed to do so.
