Bad service, deposit not paid

It has been over 14 days since my lease expired but my deposit is still outstanding. When I call them, they keep on forwarding me to different departments. No one is being accountable. Today is they promised to call me with details, I am still waiting for an answer. Mishka promised that I will get my deposit on 12th but I still do not have it in my account
