ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF SELLING

Definitely wish I could have sold my property with literally anyone else, by the time I realised my realtor was more interested in the buyers best interest than mine- the person who he gets commission from- ,it was too late and I had to undersell my property AFTER accommodating nearly 2 hour long additional viewings(they basically came over to lounge around as if it was already theirs) on 2 different occasions let alone on unreasonable days(public holidays) and awkward hours because as a seller I must not have a life of my own. I would absolutely not recommend them if you're selling but if you're buying, they'll definitely help you play on the sellers circumstances and also breach deposit timeframes stipulated on legal documents with absolutely no care at all. The only bright side is that I don't have to deal with the terrible service a second longer.
