I appreciate people that can fix a situation.

I had an experience with Lead Laundry & Catering. Long story short was that I did not receive a refund for goods that I had purchased in the time that I was promised.

I logged a complaint here and contacted the Managing Director. I am happy to report that he investigated the matter, gave report of his findings and resolved the issue in good time. I honestly did not agree with all of his findings, but to go back and forth with he said, and I said was not going to add anymore value.

The bottom line is that the MD took a personal interest in the matter and that it was quickly resolved.
