Lead Homes an absolute no go.😡😡😡

Lead Homes sold me a property. The agent was ill trained she couldn't even show me where the alarm keypad was or how to use the oven. I had to remind her to take pictures or water and electricity meters. Not All exiting keys available. Couldn't show me how to operate stove. Didn't disclose windows can't open. Damp inside cupboards not disclosed. Water leak on property brought to her attention before key handover and this problem still persists . False electrical compliance certification as well as false plumbing certification. Sellers refused to be present at key handover. Leaking roof that Sellers were aware of but ignored the report from roof repair company. Many more issues . In essence once Lead Homes get a sale they become rude and don't care about the purchaser.
