Le Spa Afrique *****s clients' money

I actually don't even want to give them one star. We bought vouchers for treatments. Missed the fine print that there wan an expiry date. Missed the expiry date by a few days. They point blank refuse to give the treatments, saying I had three months to do the booking and that they don't care what I do, they won't help me. Surely they can't take my money and refuse to give any treatment?
