Horrible booking experience

Zero rating, just had a horrible experience regarding my booking, the lady I spoke to does not know how to address clients, she made me seem like I was lying when I said I called last week and my booking was comfirmed by another lady she works with, I had to give evidence of a screen shot of my phone call, and still she is twisting things around because I don't remember the name of the person I spoke to, she is making a big deal about the name I got wrong.

She hung up the phone on me and still gave me attitude on whatsapp, even after I have requested to rather speak to the person I made a booking with, as I can see she is someone who does not know how to address clients.

These are business that don't get exposed and get away with taking peoples monies, I am sitting here even wondering if I will ever get to be booked, it's been two weeks and she tells me she does not know when they will be open to book me.

I have paid already and I'm wondering if I still need that massage after this whole drama
