Le Roux tours taking an advantage again: Not this time

I am deeply dissatisfied with le Roux toere bus allocated to us. We signed a quote and agreed to pay for a 45 seter bus only to be allocated a 40 seater bus. We were told the is a luxury coach, but it does not reflect the luxury kind of bus that we expected given the broken toilet inside the bus and overall cleanliness. We specifically asked for a luxury coach based on the fact that we will be travelling for a long time and luxury in the bus will make for a comfortable journey. This is partten though as similar incidents have occurred including last year in March on the 17-20th when we hired out 2 buses which were taken pictured of and confirmed only to be provided with a downgrade version of the bus that was initially allocated. The same happened when we went to Zambia in 2012 where the same morning after realising that a wrong coach was sent, a trip back to the depot was made to rectify the wrong bus situation. I must say in 2012 we got our recourse in that the correct bus as per booking was provided even though, but we were greatly inconvinienced as we had to wait, However it was not the same with last year's situation despite the attempt from our side to rectify the situation. Currently, it seems to me that this is a pattern where we specifically book a particular but, but we are provided with a different one. When we went to view the bus, the owner mentioned that it is because we did not come view the bus in time and hence the allocation of the bus that we now have. This means due to "not viewing in time" our bus was allocated to someone else??.this makes me wonder if clients from overseas to fly all the way to come view the bus in order to be allocate the correct bus? In addition the owner mentioned that it is because we submitted a 40 name list. In my view, it is not fair to make that decision on our behalf as we have booked a 45 seate coach for our own purpose as per signed contract. In essence, I view this as bridge of contract and will be seeking recourse by the time of our departure.
