QUOTED ME X BUT WANT ME TO PAY XYZ

I took my bakkie Isuzu dtech 2.5 to Le rough motors for check on clutch which was giving problems.<br> <br> The workshop mng recommended they open up and replace pilot bearing under warranty and if clutch is damage then the cost of clutch kit will be for my account.<br> They found the flywheel damaged and the workshop manager told me over the phone they cannot get flywheel off and an additional cost of R1200 will be for my account due to specialist person whom has to remove the flywheel bolts.<br> I agreed upon the quote over the phone after I asked him again how much extra cost. He rep**** R1200.<br> After additional work was done he told me over the phone it is now R4000 plus.<br> I told him we had an agreement over the phone on the additional cost of R1200 and I am not going to pay R4000 plus. They refuse to come to terms<br> He said MGSA ISUZU don't want to pay for labour (warrantee claim) and it is for my account.<br> I have spoken 3 times with the dealership mng over the phone asking to attend to this problem - he still hasn't came back to me.<br> I have been without transport for the second week now since my vechile is at Le rough motors, clutch and flywheel repair done - just payment is a concern no
