Worst service I have ever had!

Worst service ever! I asked them to accept my request for a transfer of my SARS profile to another accounting firm, and they said that they are busy and I have to email them, and that they will if there is time, help me somewhere next week. Then the lady said that she is busy now and she hang up the phone while I was still speaking! After I spoke to SARS I tried phoning them again but they are ignoring me and not anwersing my calls! It wil take less than 5 minutes to accept the request! Very disgusted in their service!
