Certainly no boutique hotel at La Reve!

What an absolute disaster this place is!! We were upgraded to what was meant to be a better room! Nearly impaled on the bed springs! Everything is run down, tired and grubby. Then to crown it all I developed an infection - the water looked, smelled and tasted very suspect and this infection shows e-coli requirng cultures to be grown and specific antibiotics after two weeks of infection. Whilst some might say this is just coincidence, it certainly cannot be when a visitor to the hotel the previous week , staying in the same room has had the same infection. The water and facilities require further investigation and a clean bill from the health department before further guests have the same disastrous experience.
