Le Petit Karoo used personal details via safari now to make usage/ reserved amount only after over 1 month

Le Petit Karoo what a ****!!! I made a request for quote via Safari now on Nov 2019 for 2 days at the Le Petit Karoo. For the dates 31st to 2nd Jan Then the attempt of deposit was a time out via safari now, also sent the email with screenshot to Le Petit Karoo at the same date via the safarinow platform. In the meanwhile Safarinow had confirmed that no deposit was paid and actually my spot wasn't reserved. I received couple of reminders to make a deposit payment within 48h that actually i didnt pay attention as changed my mind after the time out. All good so far till on the 1st of the year 2020 that Le Petit Karoo deducted the whole amount 2400R with out any reason!!! and while im on vacations in another area/place booked via safarinow. No replies to my call ! No one rep**** to my calls on the 22nd November. After many call attempts of the 1.1.2020 only then by the fact that my money was already gone , the owner rep**** , he was extremely rude and off course non cooperative. He emailed me only afterwards the T&C that is ridiculous No deposit was paid in order to secure my booking!!!! He never answered my calls on Nov. Safarinow the main platform confirmed that the booking wasn't valid. Conclusion: Le Petit Karoo used my personal details as took advantage of the timeout attempt of deposit and used my personal details after over ONE month and without ANY communication in the meanwhile - from Nov till 31st Dec. Le Petit Karoo made a theft! They never called me on the date that supposed was checking IN (as per Le Petit Karoo), they deducted the WHOLE amount on a Public holiday!! 1-1-2020 taking advantage of the festive day, they didn't even deducted on the date that supposed was my check out!!!! They didn't even called me the date that supposed were awaiting for my arrival!!! But they were very sufficient of using my bank details (this is sarcastic)! What a convenient case for you , Le Petit Karoo, "fishing" people's details and ***** money after months. Im also very disappointed by FNB, my future ex bank. I have made 5 dispute so far but no results, so probably i paid R2400 for Le Petit Karoo being sneaky!!!!
