Poor service

<p>I have ordered and paid for a little dress on 19 July 2016. The delivery time quoted was 3 - 4 weeks. I have started to make enquiries after that time to find out if the parcel will reach me in time. I was told I should get it around 20 August. When I made an enquiry after that date it supposedly got lost with the couriers and will be resend. I asked that they send it on 8 Setember. Nothing has arrived, She ignores my e-mails ( no contact nr given) and my facebook posts have been removed. I saw another lady that hasbeen waiting for 2 months allready. The option to leave comments has been removed. Iwant my mony back R475.</p>
