I made an accommodation booking at the above establishment<br> After paying my deposit and receiving the amended invoice 4 days later indicating that the deposit was received I was sent an e mail by the guesthouse.<br> They conveniently stated that the EFT Deposit was returned.<br> Not only did I confirm a successful transaction with my own bank, they also informed me that an EFT Deposit cannot be returned automatically.<br> 1stly the Guesthouse did not make any effort to ensure that there could be a mistake on their side they immediately send a new invoice and stated that I must notify them if I want to cancel.<br> <br> They could not provide me with proof that the deposit was sent back nor the account detail. <br> This means they are in possession of my deposit =R1030.00 <br> <br> As a future guest I don't appreciate being treated like this and informed them that I cancel my booking and want a full refund.<br> They do not respond to any of my e mail requests.<br> <br> I have no alternative but to treat this as a ****.<br> <br> Be aware before making any reservations.<br>
