Photography feedback

I have used Le Paris for my wedding in December last year. Part of the package I chose included a photo book. It’s now the 9th month Im married and still haven’t received it. When I did call to query I was told they have to wait for other orders then only it can be made and also the excuse is always they were not in.... my husband did call them last week Sun 27/08/2023 and the lady Elisha said she would get back to us at 4pm which she hasn’t we then decided to call them no answer. From then to now we’ve been trying to call them and no answers our call.. I would really like a response from them as this is very unprofessional.. why did they offer the photo book in our package if they know they can’t provide it for us.. we have spent a lot of money and would appreciate a portion of my money back if they can’t make the photo book for me
