A brides worst nightmare.
My wedding photo shoot was booked with le paris photography, dated 21st December 2019. I had just completed my wedding nuptials and was excited about my smoke bomb photo shoot. The weather didn't look that good, it was raining and windy when I arrived at the studio. Being an outdoor shoot, the photographer Sonneke insisted we head outside in the rain to commence the shoot. Still all excited we headed out and began shooting. The wind as terribly strong and the rain was heavy as well. Being a photographer common sense would have told you that you would be unable to do a smoke bomb shoot in the wind outside. So the smoke bombs were lit by one of the staff members and placed on the ground, the photographer began shooting but the wind was blowing the smoke in the other direction and the photographer couldn't get a good picture, so one of the staff members had rolled the smoked bomb to try to get the smoke closer but to my distraught she had rolled the smoke bomb unto my wedding dress, which burnt through each layer of my dress. I was horrified in tears I had to pretend to be happy in my pictures as these pictures are too last a lifetime. This tragedy had ruined wedding day and caused me grief as I was promised that they would do everything to make the situation right, insurance would pay for the dress ect. Have been trying endlessly to get feedback from this company, once contacted by the so called director who had no empathy for the situation. He was rude and abrupt and had blamed me for their lack of communication. My attorney has been trying endlessly to get in contact with them and they choose not to comply with legal procession that had began. This company is very unprofessional and I had the worst experience for which was supposed to have been the best day of my life. My attorney had arranged further legal action to be taken which will comence. Since my messages and phone calls are ignored. I hope this will be resolved as the company failed to comply within the time frame of 10 working days of the legal letter of demand.
