WORST POTS. THEY BURN FOOD!

The WORST customer service and FALSE advertising. I bought a set of pots from Imbiza Direct/Le Morgan, they are one company. I was told that the pots are non stick pots and do not burn. I have only used 1 pot and it was burning the food of which I can not wash the burn in the pot! I have been requesting for an exchange of which I'm just getting excuses for the past 1 MONTH! There is no way I will pay R10,000 for products that burn food AND are falsely advertised. I'm giving you guys 1 week to sort out this issue and send me the new pots I have requested for. Until then I will keep reversing the debit order! I will be taking this to all social media platforms and reporting this company to the consumer protection body! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
