WATERLESS POTS FROM LE MORGAN

I purchased waterless pots from Le Morgan and am still making payments for them. Unfortunately, the quality of the pots is disappointing. The first time I complained about the color of the lids not matching the handles, they were collected for replacement, but they returned unchanged. Now, the lids are losing their knobs, and I'm unable to get assistance with the pots, even though they are still under warranty. I have been informed that I need to pay an amount of R300 for the items to be collected from me. I genuinely believe that purchasing these pots was the worst mistake I have ever made. The consultant has promised to call me back, but I have not received any return calls. This situation is very frustrating for me.
