Warranties and Guarantees

The Sales Consultants did not disclose that the life time warrenties and guarantees only applies to manufactural deffect not the after sales damages. On all of my 5 purchases they **** and I only found out when I logged a complaint regarding the damaged iron cast pot lead that I will pay a replacement fee as it is not a manufactural deffect. I am never buying there again. They are not 100% honest and transparent.
