Violation of human rights

Very bad experience how do they open 4 accounts for a pensioner very inconsiderate they just push sales they don’t care with the person affordability. We asked them remove mom from any direct marketing but they were calling her none stop , telling her they have special prices for her. When I call they don’t give me the recording of the call she asked to be removed from marketing. That Inno lady said it is that but she was still getting calls from them. They defend their staff when you log a complaint with them. Every customer has a right of protection against direct marketing. The company does not respect that.
