Unhappy customer

They have a very bad service especially when it comes to finance, we just settled an amount of R1800 on the 7/7/26, asked them for a paid up letter which they never sent, only to find out they going to deduct money on the 15th, meanwhile their debt is paid and they received proof of payment, of course my husband disputed the debit order, now they say he owes R2000 for bounced fees, who goes from settling the account to owing so much money, they are *******, and I wish people don't buy their expensive products Mind you 2 lids of their pot set is in pieces already before you even finish paying off and they require R400 for each to be fixed, which is not what they promise when they selling you their products
