Unhappy customer!

I bought some stuff from le-Morgan including a censor dust bin and braai stand, the time I wanted to use a braai stand I found that the top lid is not included in the box, so I called them to report, after several days they cameback to me and tell me that they will replace it but I need to pay a transport fee. So I asked them that, Why should I pay whereas that is not my fault and all that and one of the consultants told me that I should pay because it was a long time and it can happened that someone stole it, so I explained to him that I am staying with my son only how can he say that and if it was like that why is the box still sealed.

The censor of the dustbin did not work after three months and I did not report it now it is the braai stand, and now I should pay whereas I have paid a lot of money to buy those things, I think that they are not considerate on that regard.

I am not happy at all!
