Unhappy about Customer service

I bought the Braai Boss stand in March 2021 I only open the box 24 April 2021 not sure when i called their offices to advised them about the matter the Braai Boss not working they collected the Braai stand to fix it and they returned it without the power supply and called them again they return power supply and it was not working still i was paying the braai stand then i stop paying because why i must pay for something that is not working i told to collect it i don't wat it anymore i was told i reported the matter late and they cant i back they can replace it i said ok you can change it since they insist they are not taking back WHAT IRRITATED ME the other department calling me handing the account to Legal i told them you handing the account to legal while am fixing the Braai Stand as we speak i have the Letter from MRT RECOVERIES , They called on Monday advising me that the Braai is fixed will be delivered 27/8/2021 the hand over to legal was send on the 23/8/201 not happy about the whole matter i will start paying when the braai stand is working thank you
